Plant Person Interface Campaign Resources 2023
People Plant Interface is one of the Supply Chain Safety Leadership Group’s significant risks, but despite our best efforts unfortunately there continues to be a trend of incidents on National Highways sites where plant and machinery make contact with people. This can and does result in life changing injuries and fatalities and as a community dedicated to continuous improvement in safety we have to do something to raise awareness. This PPI campaign will run throughout the months of May, June and July and it is intended to be a catalyst for sharing of best practice across the sector. We hope you can all participate and use some of the resources we have collected to have meaningful conversations and dialogue with people at the sharp-end.
We have split the campaign into 3 separate months:
Month 1 Safe People
Month 2 Safe Plant
Month 3 Safe Site
But please feel free to pick and choose whichever material best suits your works and situation. The important thing is to take part and promote the topic. How can 3D machine control help us achieve zero PPI risk?
