Foot Protection
All protection footwear on Galliford Try Highways sites should comply with EN ISO 20345 S3 as a minimum including adequate ankle support i.e. no riggers.
Where through Risk Assessment the use of wellingtons are required then these must comply with EN ISO 20345 S5 as a minimum
Footwear should be regularly checked to ensure that the soles are free from splits, deep cuts, holes and obvious defects.
